Who we are
Bali Property Select is a property agency operating in Bali, Indonesia. We publish properties for sale and for rent, and we provide property management services to owners. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
We only collect what you give us. There is no account to create and no tracking that follows you across other websites.
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, and the property you enquired about.
Your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and preferred contact method, together with everything you tell us about the property: its location, size, price, description, photographs, and any ownership documents you choose to upload.
Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and what you tell us about the property you would like managed.
Your first name and email address, so we can send you the handbook.
We do not ask for and do not want your passport, bank details, tax numbers or payment card information through this website.
Why we collect it
To answer you. An enquiry reaches our team, someone reads it and replies about the property or the service you asked about. A property submission is reviewed before it can be published. A management enquiry is the start of a conversation about your property.
We keep a record of our conversations with you so that whoever picks up your file knows what has already been discussed. If you asked us to send you the handbook, we may also send you occasional emails about new listings. Every one of those emails lets you unsubscribe, and doing so does not affect an enquiry in progress.
Ownership documents
Documents you upload with a property submission — certificates, permits, agreements — are never published. They are visible only to our team, and only for the purpose of verifying the property. A published listing shows the verification status of its documents, never the documents themselves.
Photographs you submit are a different matter: by submitting them you allow us to publish them on the listing and use them to market the property. Tell us if a particular image should not be used.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and each of them only handles what it needs to:
Where a property involves a lawyer, a notary or another professional, we will only pass on your details with your agreement. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the notes attached to them are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and for a period afterwards in case you come back to us. Property submissions and their documents are kept for as long as the property is listed with us, and for a reasonable period after it is withdrawn or sold. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, subject to anything we are required to keep.

Browser storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a small amount of information in your own browser so that it behaves sensibly: the properties you have saved as favourites, and the fact that you have already seen or dismissed the guide offer. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and our database restricts who can read what: enquiries, contact records and ownership documents are reachable only by authenticated members of our team. No system is perfect, and we would not claim otherwise, but access to your information is limited to the people who need it to do the work.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained rather than quietly inserted.
